In order to provide fresh and delicious oysters all year round, our restaurant purchases raw oysters directly from the source all over the country. The rich and creamy oysters, known as the milk of the sea, fill your mouth with the delicious flavor of the oyster with just one bite. We also post information about the source and procurement status on Instagram, so please check it out.

"Udon set meal" where you can eat specially selected udon noodles made with wheat from Kagawa Prefecture

We offer a variety of set meals at lunchtime, but the udon set meal is our most popular item. The udon noodles are hand-made from wheat grown in Kagawa Prefecture and served in our homemade soup stock extracted from Rishiri kelp and flying fish stock, giving them a strong wheat aroma.It comes with rice balls wrapped in Suma nori seaweed, three pieces of Kashiwaten tempura, and Rishiri kelp tsukudani (simmered in soy sauce) for just 1,000 yen (tax included)!

Our recommended craft beer, Goose Island IPA, has a high alcohol content of 7% and is very satisfying to drink.It has a strong hop aroma, so you can enjoy the fruity flavor while also tasting its unique bitterness.It goes well with food, especially spicy food.

Kashiwaten, the perfect snack or accompaniment to udon, is a popular side dish at our restaurant. It is made with forest chicken, and the delicious flavor of the chicken is sealed in with a crispy batter. It has a juicy taste and is refreshing to eat! Try it with pink salt.
